French Ellison, located in Pharr, TX, is seeking an Account Executive to join their Used Truck Sales team. Responsibilities include coordinating used truck sales from the dealership to maximize retail sales opportunities. This is a great opportunity to join a growing and successful dealer group.
Responsibilities:
â€Â¢ Coordinate used truck sales from the dealership to maximize retail sales opportunities
â€Â¢ Meet or exceed goals for profit margin, unit sales and market share for used light, medium and heavy duty trucks
â€Â¢ The Account Executive Conquest and grow new accounts
â€Â¢ Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction among all assigned accounts
Primary Duties:
â€Â¢ Work floor days to increase sales opportunities
â€Â¢ File complete and timely UPs reports on all walk-in sales prospects contacted
â€Â¢ Coordinate with Used Truck staff for appraisals
â€Â¢ Maintain current data for customer profiles in company databases
â€Â¢ Successfully complete product and sales training courses as assigned
â€Â¢ Develop and maintain full working knowledge of all company systems, procedures, and policies
â€Â¢ Facilitate resolution of customer satisfaction issues including coordination and follow up with other departments and branches
â€Â¢ Facilitate timely deliveries of customer units
â€Â¢ Promote sales of finance and insurance services related to truck sales transactions
Requirements:
â€Â¢ Associate's degree (AA) or comparable work experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred
â€Â¢ Three to five years heavy duty truck sales or related experience
â€Â¢ Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
â€Â¢ Ability to read and interpret truck specification lists and various other technical bulletins
â€Â¢ Ability to demonstrate or display extensive product knowledge to customer and staff to assist with purchase decisions
â€Â¢ Must be highly organized, detail oriented and results driven
â€Â¢ Ability to prioritize and handle numerous tasks simultaneously
â€Â¢ Ability to work well under pressure while assisting a wide variety of customers and fostering relationships with key industry contacts
â€Â¢ Effective written and oral communication skills
â€Â¢ Effective computer, mathematical and customer service skills
â€Â¢ Ability to bend, kneel, stoop and lift/move up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
â€Â¢ Ability to work 8 - 10 hour days, including overtime hours as needed
â€Â¢ Ability to work outdoors and in an environment with occasional exposure to weather elements
