Job Description
Processing and shipping sales orders in a timely manner to existing
clients and new customers
• Informing customers of prices, shipment dates, anticipated delays and any
other additional information requested by the customer
• Resolves any customer problems, such as shipping or invoicing issues
• Answer inbound telephone calls
• Monitors sales activity on company website and vendor partner websites
(Amazon, Walmart, Ebay and Vetco)
• Work with Webgility interface to maintain accurate records of sales and
inventory controls for websites that don’t interface with Webgility
• Basic knowledge of QuickBooks to track sales and maintain inventory
controls
• Performs weekly inventory counts and resolves any discrepancies. Ensures
that the warehouse is maintained, cleaned and organized
• Supports key stakeholders with their daily activities, projects, and
administrative needs
• Uses various software applications such as spreadsheets, relational
databases, statistical and graphic packages to prepare data and/or reports
• Collecting data on consumers, competitors and marketplace and
consolidating information into actionable items, reports and presentations
• Draft correspondences and other formal documents
• Perform all other office tasks as needed
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• QuickBooks experience a plus but will train if needed
• Maintains a positive attitude and is a team player
