We also start our associates at $12.00 an hour and offer a GREAT incentive bonus program that enables our associates to add up to an additional $6 per hour to their paychecks.

Location:

1420 South 4800 West Suite D Salt Lake City, UT

 

Shifts and Training:

 

Training starts March 16th and is 1PM to 8PM Monday through Friday for 4 weeks.

 

After training, we're offering part-time and full-time shifts ranging from 2PM to 11PM. Associates are eligible for a schedule change request 90 days after completing the 4 week training. All shifts require a Saturday shift each week for a minimum of one year.

 

Things You'll Do:

• Answer inbound calls, typically on the 2nd ring. Trust us; your customers will be delighted to speak to a live person that fast!

• Assist customers with ordering contact lenses

• Answer any questions customers have regarding their order or our products

• Resolve any issues for customers while providing outstanding customer service

• Other duties as assigned

 

I Have:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

• Minimum six months Customer Service experience; six months of Sales experience preferred

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as policy/procedures manual and customer order forms

• Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks

• Ability to type at least 30 WPM and confidently navigate a computer
