THE ROLE
Lighthouse Houston is looking for friendly, extroverted, and professional attendants for an upcoming immersive art exhibit. Our Exhibit Attendants interact with visitors on various levels, including, but not limited to, visitor assistance, monitoring, and controlling access to the exhibit.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Conducting the Front of House operation of the exhibit
Greeting visitors upon arrival
Provide information about regulations, facilities, and the exhibit to visitors
Firmly yet politely advise visitors of exhibit policies
Light custodial duties as necessary
Report emergencies and respond to calls for emergency assistance
Implementation of COVID-19 policies and procedures
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to walk or stand for extended periods of time
Ability to work a flexible schedule which may include daytime or evening shifts
Superior customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Love of art is a definite plus!
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The role is located in Houston, TX.
Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels
