Job Description
We are looking for motivated individuals based in California (Anywhere South of Fresno) to join our international exchange team as a Local Coordinator.

What you will do-
· Recruit and select host families in your area
· Match students with host families
· Build and maintain relationships with local schools
· Provide support and guidance to students and host families throughout the course of their experience
Pay Structure-
*This position should be considered to provide supplemental income, with amazing perks!
There is no base or hourly salary
You are paid on a per placement basis-for every student you successfully place with a host family
With an incentive based structure- including bonuses and travel rewards!
If you place 6 students you earn an all-inclusive trip to Thailand in November 2022!
Flexibility of working when you want, where you want! No set or required hours!
You determine how much time and effort you are able to dedicate. Some LC’s choose to be very active, placing many students- others may choose to place one student and supervise that individual throughout their course.
Requirements
Must be 25 years of age to apply
Be able to pass a background check
Must be vaccinated against Covid-19
Live in California (South of Fresno)
