Senior Site Acquisition
Overview:
Qualified candidate must have wireless leasing, zoning and permitting experience. Candidate must also have the ability to lead/manage a team of specialists and be comfortable in the customer facing role. Selected candidate will be required to work from the Wireless Carrier̢۪s office location on a semi regular basis and report directly to the PM for the Carrier.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Interface directly with Wireless Carriers Construction, SAC, OPS, RF and Facilities teams in order to achieve scope of services.
Create SCIP packages and update data into Carrier database.
Successfully negotiate lease options with approved candidates.
Schedule and oversee A&E visits between carrier and landlord for all sites assigned to Centerline Solutions.
Work with carrier to redline construction drawings, and site acquisition handoff packages.
Prepare and file zoning and/or permitting applications if necessary.
Order and review Regulatory as required.
Forecast weekly and monthly completions to Carrier for proper accounting.
Work with Carrier personnel to ensure all outstanding purchase orders are not overdue.
Keep a detailed project tracker with all facets of the progress for each phase of entitlement.
Be able to travel.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum five years of wireless leasing and permitting experience required; must have previous experience directing and managing site acquisition specialists in the wireless industry.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
Experience with CDMA, LTE, ALU a plus
