Shale Oak Winery is looking to expand its staff!
Shale Oak Winery is a sustainable, architectural haven located off of 46 West in the Willow Creek District of Paso Robles. We are seeking full-time tasting room staff that are passionate about wine and enjoy working in hospitality. The potential candidate must ensure they provide the highest quality of customer service, are able to foster a collaborative work environment, and must be able to work at least one weekend day per week.
As a tasting room associate, you will:
-Greet customers and pour wine for tasting
-Prepare the tasting room for opening, and assist in closing. This may include restocking, preparing cash drawers, locking/unlocking and alarming the winery, accounting for bottles poured, and more.
-Promote the brand and sale of wines
-Lead guests through an educational wine tasting experience
-Assist with wine club shipment packing
-Work special events, such as wine club parties
Requirements:
-21 years old
-Ability to work weekends, and have a flexible schedule
-Ability to lift 50 pounds
